How should i start making music with a keyboard?

hi, im thinking about making music with a little keyboard, im not musically talented, i just wanna make simple music. i found a casio sk5 and i was wondering if thats a good place to start? i really love the band the postal service and i wanna make music sort of like that, but a lot less sophisticated. how should i start?
